Ningbo Haoxin YURON New Material Co., Ltd. is located in Fenghua city of Zhejiang province. With a distance of 50 km to Beilun harbor, 16 km to Ningbo airport, Huyong and Tongsan highway, and 3 km to Yongjin highway, the transport conditions of the company are very convenient. Founded in 1994, the company has since been a key enterprise of Fenghua city and is specialized in researching and producing chlorinated polyolefin resins. It is a private joint stock company with 105 employees and 30 technicians. In October 2015, a new production line with an annual output of 10,000 tons chlorinated polyolefin resins will be established, thus making YURON the professional native manufacturer with the largest production capacity and the most complete category of chlorinated polyolefin resins (high chlorine content) in China.

Working closely together with the Institute of Chemistry and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the company has successfully developed products of an aqueous phased chlorinated polyolefin resins series by using the advanced technology of aqueous suspension chlorinated processes which are also environment friendly. The main product series are aqueous phased chlorinated rubber, aqueous phased high performance high chlorinated polyethylene, aqueous phase high chlorinated poly-ethylene, aqueous phase chlorinated polyvinyl, and aqueous phase chlorinated polyolefin. Each of these series has several grades of products and can be used in heavy anticorrosion coating, fire resistance coating, marine paint, high-grade adhesive, printing ink and so on. The aqueous phased suspension chlorinated process is harmless to both nature and the environment. It uses water as a reaction medium instead of poisonous liquids such as carbon tetrachloride, trichloromethane and dichloromethane. Therefore, this process does not damage the ozone layer in the atmosphere. This technique is recommended by the Montreal International Pact of Environmental Protection and is one of the leading techniques in the world, as the products made from this process are entirely free of toxic components such as carbon tetrachloride. Through the efforts of our technical personnel, the quality of our products is gradually surpassing traditional products through solvent methods, with a more competitive performance-price ratio. To ensure our customers a good quality of our products, we have passed the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification in 2003. One of our products made from high chlorinated polyethylene can be used as decorative fire resistance coating and was successfully used for the decoration of the People’s Hall in 1999. Our products have also been successfully applied in the West-East Gas Transmission Project and the South Water to North Project.

The products and technologies of YURON were rewarded by the government’s Science and Technology Administration and the Environment Protection Administration. Due to the outstanding performance of our products, we have received many awards, including National New Products, China High-tech Products Directory, First Prize for Science and Technology Progress in Ningbo City, and Science and Technology Prize for Environment Protection in Zhejiang Province among others.

YURON currently owns three product patents and several patents are under examination, while a series of new high-tech products and techniques are under research. Based on these facts, YURON is known as a National High-Tech Enterprise and has enrolled in the National Torch Plan.

In order to adapt to a competitive market environment and to meet our customers’ needs, we cooperate with several universities and industry research institutes. Aqueous phase chlorinated rubber has been exported to more than 30 countries around the world and is widely used for marine paint, anticorrosion paint and road marking paint.
